1 / How long is a session?
Sessions are 1 hour long. You can also choose to pay a little bit more for 1 hour 15 minute session. See all pricing here.
2 / How often will I need to come
It’s entirely up to you. You can choose to have sessions weekly or fortnightly. You may prefer to have them more infrequently as needed. This is an arrangement that we can work out between us.
3 / How and when do I pay you?
You can pay me by bank transfer or by card if booking online. Details will be sent to you along with your contract before your first session. Payment is due at least 24 hours before each session.
4 / Is there a cancellation fee?
I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session or the full session fee is due.
In return, if I ever need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your next session is free of charge.
5 / Can I pay for several sessions in advance?
You can block book 5 sessions at a discounted rate. If you would like to book more, we can discuss this together.
6 /Do you use CBT (Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy)?
I am an integrative therapist which means I use and adapt a range of approaches to suit you. If CBT appears to be a relevant tool for the issues and problems that we are discussing, then I can discuss using some CBT techniques with you and, if you would like to, we can try them out.
